You need to go to the store and just read the products and see if they have sugar in them.. I know you can get Sugar Free cough drops..

You might need to ask for cough medicines that are suitable for diabetics.

You should be able to take the Nyquil liqui-caps. Robitussin also makes a sugar free syrup, if you really want a liquid. Otherwise, I say go for something in a pill form. Hope you feel better
