Well, Conagra did have a point that sunflower seeds will vary from seed to seed. That being the case, anything with multiple ingredients could probably vary. I'm sure companies take advantage of that zero rule as much as they can
Atkins was right though...fresh whole, real food.....then you don't need to worry as much

I am always turned off by companies that go out of their way to mislead about the content of the processed foods. The new way of sneaking plain table sugar into a food is to call it 'evaporated cane juice' which is the process by which they make sugar cane or table sugar. "Sugar Free" can still contain corn syrup or dextrose or many other names for sugar. It is just easier and healthier for me to stay away from processed foods.
