| Most natural fiber supplements will be okay. Just read the ingredients information carefully as I've seen some that actually contain sugar (mainly the flavored ones like Metamucil). When I was in induction I regularily used FiberSure without any problems. All natural psyllium fiber and tasteless so you can mix it or cook it into pretty much anything. A word of caution, though...if you're going to take a fiber supplement you MUST increase your water intake significantly. If you don't, you might as well be pouring cement into your intestines...believe me...I know All the best, ~Far la bella figura!

| Yep, I take 2 psyllium husk tablets morning and night if I need to get things moving! DANDR mentions these are OK as they have no impact on blood sugar. |
