| why dont you stop trying to gain immediate gratification, sit up and actually listen to yourself and realise ---- it's far more comforting to be skinny than to eat some crappy foods and be fat ---- Life IS STRESSFUL. If you're going to use it an excuse to eat the wrong way you will never lose weight. You are young (like me) and will experience a LOT of stress in your life. If you eat **** food every time you're stressed, you will be overweight forever. You need to make a destinction between what you eat and how you feel. You eat to be thin - which makes you feel good. I am a full time carer for a mentally disabled person who gets no help other than that i pay for, so i can continue to work full time. I'm stress and I dont eat cake. When you're wanting to eat crap, go for a walk. You'l feel better about yoruself.
