| Just hopp back on the wagon and focus on your goal. Drink lots of extra water and do some extra exercise. You can do it! Just keep focused and have legal treats in your fridge. Have you checked out Linda's site with lots of low carb recipes? The one's with a * are induction friendly recipes. | What causes you to cheat? Is it certain people? Places? Emotions? Figure out why and what foods are causing this and make a plan to change what you do when you are tempted. Sometimes its as easy as re-reading the book - coming into ADBB - calling a supportive friend - going for a walk. Whatever it is, do it instead of reaching for the foods that will bring you down. We understand. Nobody can eliminate the tempations, but we can work on how we react to them. Remember positive thoughts help form positive actions which will bring positive results. You are worth it, we're here for you!

| hmm...i guess is people around me.... lol...i didnt tell my frens that i m on atkins...czuse i m sure dey will start lecturing me and all....so i think its best if i keep it to myself...lol... i only told a few of my close buddies....=D but my family members do know bout it.... yeah....tnx a lot for d support... well...today's my 1st re-starting day for atkins induction.... and i m really not feeling well...but don't worry as i said before.....i m not goin to touch any carbs ever until my weight dropped to 43kg...lol... so....43kg...here i come!!!lol.... thanks for d support again!!!really appreciate it... |

| Hey... umm how old are you? Are you seriously trying to get to 43kg?? Have you thought about what that means? Other than say.... being annorexic? Im the same height as you, and i weight about the same as you do right now. If i/you weighed 43kg you would have to lose the majority of your muscle mass and maybe chuck out a few bones. This diet is designed to make you thinner and healthier, not kill you. For everyone out there who doesnt know what 43kg is, its 94 pounds. 94 pounds is way tooo small for someone who is 5'3 to 5'4 high.... If you want to look like a smoking hot celebrity at your height, you need to lose too much weight - and be around 47kg.... You cant be hot with a great body unless you develop some wonderful muscles for a taught body, and if you're trying to do that at 43kg, you wont be able to. The average 10 year old weighs more than that much. How old were you etc? (not trying to be mean btw!! Just suggesting that 94 pounds is a little small for someone our height)
