| zyrtec is available OTC now and I've been taking that, I'm pretty sure its ok. It works good for me and it doesn't make me tired like benedryl does. |

| I take zyrtac when I go swimming (allergy to cold temperatures, would you believe!!) to ward off anaphylactic shock. So far it hasn't hindered me at all.

| Thanks guys. For some reason, I thought you were not supposed to take them but am probably confusing them with another medication. In any case, I come down with full blown flu symptoms if I don't take them so there's not much choice! It's only for a few weeks. Zx |
