| Since I've completed the first 14 days of induction I told me wife and girls that we are going out for sushi tonight. I forgot the one that is just raw fish without the rice, but whatever it's called that's what's calling me. Possibly a small salad of spinach as well. Oops got me stomach making noises now. | I'm on Pre-Maintenance Phase. Tonight I'm having a steamed artichoke with mayonnaise and a tossed "salad" of tomatoes, onions, peppers, garbanzo beans, and snow peas. If I have room, dessert will be a rye cracker with cheese.

| I'm on Induction, and it's hot here today, so we are having New York Strip Steaks on the BBQ Grill. I'll sautee some mushrooms as a side. |

But how about yesterday I went to make them and was going to get my food processor out so I could crunch up my pork rinds but I couldnt find the top to it! Going to get a new processor this weekend...I guess i have a ghost in my house cuz i just used that dang thing on Tuesday!
