| There is a good thread on the 14-day induction forum where Soliwit compiled a list of the weights of all the induction veggies for one cup and parts of a cup for us. She got this information from the USDA database which is here http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ You can look for the weight per cup of most foods there.

| Oh - I didnt answer your first question! One cup is 8 US fluid ounces of liquid (8.36 UK fluid ounces) which is 16 tablespoonsworth and equals approx 237 mls according to my conversion table.
