| If you've only done one week so far, your still in regular Induction, it's 2 weeks long. As for your weight not shifting anymore, try moving up the rungs and see if it starts moving again, or post your menus and have everyone look them over to see if something you've been eating is causing your stall.

Clearly, you have a low metabolic resistance to weight loss and staying on Induction isn't going to speed up your weight loss or anything else. By the way, many people hit a "Post Induction Stall" where they don't lose weight during week 3-6 of the Diet. So you might be in that. However, if you are losing inches, you are losing weight. So if you haven't started measuring yourself, do so now.

| Thanks so much for your replies! I will move onto OWl, hoping weight will start to move, what i really like about Atkins the best;i do not feel hungary so no cheats or binges;like i used to have with Low Fat plans! Even a pund a week, i would be very happy. One thing i know, i have come this far, no way i a giving up, for life. Thanks again Danielle xx |
