| If they're going to be off, usually more fat and less protein is an okay alternative. But, general rule is to just shoot for them as best you can everyday. |

| Higher fat, lower protein is okay. You don't want your protein to be much over 30% at any time throughout the plan. Even in maintenance. As you increase carbs, the fat will reduce and the carbs increase, but the protein stays at or slightly under 30%
