| I get nauseated if I get into deep ketosis and have to make sure to get enough carbs in.

Hi Mindy. I think you are right. I must have been in deep ketosis last night cause I woke up to a 2.5lb loss. I'll take the nausea anyday. lol

Deep ketosis makes me nausea as well, so whenever I get that way, I take a few bites of cheese or a few bites of a pickle and that tends to make my stomach feel better. I don't mind the nausea at times, because it gives me results a day or so later!!-----few pounds lost.

Certain vitamin pills can cause nausea too. If your symptoms continue, try eliminating the vitamin (just for the day) and see if you improve. I've given away several bottles of vitamin pills until I found one that didn't make me nauseaous.

Hi love2lose, constipation causes nausea sometimes. This will pass. Drink lots of water and possibly a stool softner if this applies to you. Great attitude about your situation though
