| I am sure you are not doing anything wrong at all, Lindy. Many of us experience even a temporary weight gain as well as other nice things like increased cravings for 'illegal' substances like cookies or extra crankyness around that time of the month, so you are not alone. ![]() Sometimes any extra 'tom pounds' vanish and take some friends with them after our periods are finished, so here's hoping!!

| I've experienced a no weight loss around TOM as well. Sometimes I would even gain a pound or two, but I knew it wasn't because I was eating wrong. During TOM, most of us women have water retension. I know I do. We feel bloated and feel like we've put on about 5 pounds. But remember, when TOM is over, give it a few days and it will disappear, maybe even along with some others! Hang in there! |
