| How has your fat intake been? I notice that when my fat intake lowers, I crave more and don't feel so full. |

| I eat cream cheese, or I go all out and make a mock danish. Here's the recipe I also stir fry a whack of chicken at once and keep it in the fridge for snacking. |

| Pickles! Whenever I'm having a horrible or even a small craving I have a pickle or two and it satisfies me. |

| I always have a little stick of beef jerky or a couple of pork rinds. I also tried the Atkins shakes in the can. When ever I would crave chocolate around TOM, I would take a few sips of the Atkins Chocolate Shake, and after a few sips, it cured my cravings. That one can would last me about a month, but for me, it helped and I still lost 45 pounds in 5 weeks. |
