| I had a similar problem. I found that the Equate (walmart brand) Men's Daily vitamin has no iron. I've not been able to find a vitamin for my wife yet that contains none. Any of you more long time atkin dieters care to weigh in with the vitamins you use?

| Look for multivitamins that are geared for seniors. Yes, seniors. You don't have to be a certain age to take a senior multivitamin, but they usually made without iron. Check the label to be certain. In the US, Centrum Silver is a multivitamin without iron. Best of luck! |
