| I think your grasping at straws & why would you want to possibly jepordize your health 9 days before your wedding? Give the quick fixes a kick to the curb. Just my opinion~~~

| I agree, a clean induction would work better than the other products! I mean really up your water intake and really watch sodium (bloating) and potassium( known to cause stalls). Eat whole natural allowed foods only, no protein shakes or bars. I mean if you really want to see results make every drink you drink water, and only eat when your hungry, and always stop before you are stuffed. And make sure you are getting enough sleep! I know your panic, I was in your shoes last year, good luck and congrats!!

| My aunt did the same thing....it was exactly a week before her wedding and she just did Atkins induction for a week and lost 12 pounds....I wouldnt combine all either...you would get a much better result if you just stuck with Atkins! GOOD LUCK! and Congradulations on the marriage!

| thanks for the input. Atkins is a must since I know it works and can work fast...plus it tends to make me look inches thinner in all the right places. At the very least i know i don't gain on atkins. I guess my thinking is the ab cut is basically just an overpriced (thus the desire to use it all) GLA CLA supplement and I think the atkins book recommends that…please don’t quote me since I need to find my book again and double check. I think I am hanging on to the slimquick berry drink for the caffeine and the extra diuretics in it and since it is only 1 carb…I am hoping it can be part of my sweetener allowance. Then the cleanse…I am just thinking of the past few times on atkins and well stuff doesn’t flow as well so why not add in the cleanse that I really doubt works for weightloss anyway in the hopes that it has some extra fiber. |

| I would not recommend using a diuretic pill as Atkins itself acts as a diuretic!!

| As everyone has already stay, just do Atkins. You'll be amazed at the results. Also that slim-quick stuff you should stay away from! If you really want to meet your goal stay away from Caffeine! It will slow your process down. Caffeine is a known staller! Drink water and only water in my opinion, that's what I've been doing and feel great! Good luck! |

| the first supplement sounds mainly like a vitamin. I don't know about the ingredients in the second. I do know some of those products not overseen by the FDA have proven harmful. The third link wouldn't come up for me. If you have already been on Atkins for a while, you are probably correct that you won't lose that much in such a short time, but 120 pounds for 5'4" may not be a healthy goal. I'm 5'2" and the recommendations for me are 115-135. If you really want to lose faster or lose inches, I would up the exercise though. A week of really strenuous areobics can work wonders. Congrats on the wedding! |

| Imho, stick with just Atkins and eat only natural non processed foods. A good tip is to drink loads of extra cold water... it takes energy to heat the water to body temperature and this translates into a boost in weight loss (at least it did for me, every time I upped my water).
