| Per Dr. A if you don't lose any weight or inches in 4 weeks you are at a stall. I would suggest you move up to OWL Rung 1 Veggies. Many people start to lose when they move up.

Also Ozlover made a good point about inches being lost, so perhaps you will be able to tell you havent reached your ccll as you climb the OWL ladder by keeping track of your measurements as well as your weight.

| THanks Ellizellen Other than that, a truck load more veggies it is until I start more rungs...its sooooo hard to get carbs up with veg!!! Getting to 30 is a real challenge!!! |

| In my copy of DANDR the list of blood sugar symptoms start on page 150, and are towards the end of chapter 12 'Time to review your results'
