| OK - tell me if this is wildly inconsistent. Lately - I've been eating a good sized breakfast (2 eggs fried or scrambled and two sausages) but I've been intetionally trying to hold off eating first thing. I've been trying to wait until I'm hungry an hour or so after eating. It seems to really be keeping me stable all day long.
