Default I'm Back AGAIN!!
Hello,
Some of you may remember me but if not my name is Mark. I started atkins on May 21, 2007 I weighed 340 lbs. In November of 2007 I was at my lowest weight of 208 lbs. I now am back and this time for good. I have ballooned up to 265 lbs. My goal is to get to 190 lbs. By Halloween but I have a mini goal of 225 lbs. by August 18th. I am begging my 14 day induction today. And I am looking forward to becoming skinny again.
