| I just looked it up on calorieking.com and it seems like the only thing listed for it is sodium on the nutritional label, but there isn't an ingredient list. I also went to Walden Farm's web page, but alas, no ingredient list. They seem to target low-carbers for their products, and even though it is zero calories, zero carbs, and so forth, knowing what's inside that bottle of dressing is important because you don't want a particular item to cause cravings or other ill effects. If you do decide to use the product, using it sparingly is a good idea since too much sodium can cause water retention. Welcome to ADBB and your new Atkins lifestyle! |
