| No advice from me. I don't mind water. Amazing results though for not drinking enough water. Maybe if you add a slice of lemon or a little bit of lemon juice to you water... It's so important to make sure you drink enough water it not only helps speed up weightloss but it keeps you hydrated, etc. It's so important. I'm sorry I'm not much help. Good luck! |

| Fennela, when I started (both times) I hated water and the thought of drinking so much a day made me physically ill. But I started my day with my coffee (still my vice) and filled up a large glass of water with it. I would take one sip every couple of minutes. Not a big "quench your thirst" type gulp--just a sip. And I tried to do it often. After awhile drinking plain water, I actually got thirstier for it (this took a couple of weeks). My bottle or glass follows me everywhere. I use a Pur filter so it tastes clean. There is almost a faintly sweet taste to good water. I would still prefer to be drinking something else most of the time, but water has become such a habit now that I don't mind it. It does take a conscious effort to get used to it, but it will make a difference in your weigh ins. Now go fill up that glass! |

| there are only 2 ways for the body to release the fat your burning up-- through your breath and WATER...unless your running everyday you will need the water. and not just that but it also keeps you hydrated and helps others with constipation issue's. I could not drink water also expecially cold water..now I can if it's room temp..seems to work for me.

| sorry, I'm a water-lover....all I can offer is this: I drink hot water with a slice of lemon and I love it. I never thought I would, but I do. |

| I love water and drink between 1 to 1 1/2 gallons of it daily. This along with me coffee. God Bless, Joe |

| Try seltzer water .. nothing but carbonated water and natural flavoring. I drank it all through induction and still lost. Betty

| When I first started I didn't really enjoy drinking all the water but I do now! At the start though I would make myself just chug down a bottle at a time during different times of the day just to get it down and over with. Good luck! |

| Try different brands of bottled water, tastes can vary significantly depending on the brands. I hate my Tokyo tap water.
