| Ok, so lets help the man Ok, enough of that. Eating the first two weeks is probably easier than any other time. You are limited in your choices, which, AFAICS, is easier than making decisions Eggs, of course, would be your ideal breakfast choice. Add some bacon or sausage (check for sugar) and fry up 1/2 c of cauliflower as "potatoes" Lunch.... A big salad with 2 cups of salad veggies, plus cheese and coldcuts or tuna salad (or both!!) Dinner....the meat of your choice, grilled, baked, broiled or fried in fat without any coating. 1/2 cup of "other veggie" (pumpkin, artichoke, asparagus, etc) Maybe a nice crustless cheescake for dessert..... |

| I went to Linda's Low Carb website, and printed quite a few yummy things. Today I had two eggs scrambled with one ounce cheese, lunch was one serving leftover cheesey hamburger and broccoli casserole (from linda's low carb), and dinner was 2 cups lettuce, one can tuna, one ounce cheese, and 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing. YUMMY!!! I plan on cooking a whole package of sausages for quick breakfast in the morning, I have to be at school at 8:30 in the morning, and I have a 45 min drive. Good luck! |
