| You need to eat to keep the carbs at the recommended level and calories enough to cover your basic metabolic rate. If you drop too much below that your body could think it is starving and that will cause it to hang onto every bit of fat on your body. If you don't think you can get down a meal, try breaking it into 6 mini meal/substantial snacks a day. Not eating will work against you in the long run, both nutritionally and with your weight loss. |

| And I'll also add...this is one of the great things that I've found that I really love about Atkins. You're actually able to tell whether your really hungry or just head-hungry.

| It is wonderful, only days ago i couldnt stop eating. lol. I will try my very hardest to spread out the foods during the day, Its just been really hard getting bites down without gagging. |

| Also when you do eat...try to find some calorie dense foods that you like. Don't go more than 6 waking hours without eating for best results according to DANDR.
