| Wow, Vanessa that is really great, congratulations! You must feel on top of the world!! Would have checked in earlier but I had work all day =( Seems like some of us have gotten bitten by the biking bug.. actually listening to all of you talk about it, I'm feeling in the mood too. I have a bike that I got when I was 13 (and I really haven't gotten taller since then) so atomically it should do the trick, the only problem is that it's painted like 'my little pony' colors lol. Whatever tho, I'll ride around on it with pride Not much to update you all on, been eating well, drinking the water, did take a rest day today 'cuz work was a killer..back kills...feet kill Oh, and Vanessa, so much talk about that scale that measures body fat and water and such, I went out and bought one myself (for next week of course).. can't wait to try it out! |

| Hey Cori...a bike is a bike...so long as it works and fits...take pride in the kid in you...LOL! If you are a good girl maybe Santa will bring you one for Christmas. So...I was thinking...HEY...I heard you GASP...yes...I do think on occasion....is anyone interested in setting some mini goals for the week. To run Mon-Sun...like our thread. Everyone can be different...things like drink 10 cups a water everyday or exercise 3 days this week or 25 squats a day or eat my 3 cups of veggies every day or 10 posts helping others. Things like that. Anyone game?

| Well...actually it is the second best idea...the first one was starting this thread! LOL! Okay..so my goal is to drink 10 cups of water a day minimum because I have not been doing so well in the water department. What is yours??
