Woohooo! A new thread! Hi everyone! Well I just ate lunch and I am stuffed. A drug rep. brought in Applebee's for us and I ordered a smothered chicken breast. It was a grilled boob with colby-jack cheese, green peppers and mushrooms ontop. With a side of brocolli. Yum! I also drank a whole 20 oz of water with lunch. So I think I did ok considering I had a slip up last night and had a piece of pizza . I know, I know...dont yell. But atleast I didnt attack my sons Hershey kisses, right?

Hey Andie...I was wondering if anyone was going to find me here. LOL! Lunch sounded good. Maybe next time compromise by picking off the pizza toppings?? I gotta get around to trying that cauliflower pizza....think I will make a bunch of 'riced cauliflower' and put it in the freezer. Should be okay after it dethaws if I pour off the excess water.

Made the Oopsie rolls this morning. Had one for breakfast with a half a can of tuna. will have another one and some Broccoli Salad for lunch. Maybe sliced cucumbers on the side...mmmm.... recipes are in the never ending recipe thread in the induction forum.

Hi everyone,

Happy Monday.
I am so excited we are off to Juneau Alaska tomorrow on vacation. My man spent 15 years there and is going to be my guide. I am on ongoing induction and he started 11 days ago. Staying with friends and they are prepared for us Atkiners. There is going to be a fresh catch on Thursday so we are having a cook out that night yumm. Lots and lots of great fresh food, hiking and sight seeing.

Everyone stay strong.(no pizza, you know who you are!)

Not at all. I dont like peaches, I prefer nectarines. I've been cheat free for weeks. Last cheat was at a Christening about 4 weeks ago,(I had flam or flan or whatever the Portugese make for dessert). Stay strong all. God Bless, Joe
