    Default flax meal

just wondering is there a limit to how much flax meal you should or could have in one day. I found this 2 carb hb bun on linda's website and i had one for breakfast and one for dinner. i had them with eggs, cheese and turkey bacon. i only had 19 carbs for today.just needed to know if i made a mistake so that i dont make it again.

on induction you should limit flaxmeal to a couple of talespoons a day. I think it is unlimited (within carb counts) on the nuts and seeds rung. The muffin in a minute can be made with 2 tablespoons instead of the 1/4 cup. It changes the texture slightly but not uch. And you do need fiber.

losetocruise is right - as flax (linseed) is allowed under the 'to prevent constipation' rule along with bran or psyllium husks you should be careful not to add too much on induction and save using larger quantities tillt he nuts/seeds rung of OWL.

Make sure you drink extra water so as not to compound the problem! If you are not having constipation/diarhoea (sp?) issues then you dont need to add extra fibre on induction.
Are you having problems getting most of your net carbs from vegetables on induction?
