| If you are talking about plain tomato sauce, Hunt's has no sugar. Their paste is sugar free, also. You have to be careful nowadays with any of the "diced" tomatoes with stuff like basil or garlic; all seem to have added sugar. Sunny!

| Like Sunny, I use Hunt's tomato sauce. You can purchase the little cans and use it as a replacement for ketchup too. I think the splenda sweetened ketchup tastes too sweet now. It's amazing how your taste buds change after a few months on Atkins and not using any sweetner at all. If you're also looking for sugarless pizza sauce, Dom Peppion's brand is good. |

| Unico also is sugar free. Make sure you are checking the ingredient list as the one that lists all the numbers of carbs and stuff in it may say there are sugar carbs in there but it is from the tomatos not added.

| I made my DH some tomato sauce from some jars of tomato juice that I found lurking it the back of the cupboard the other week. I just poured it into my crockpot and left it simmering with the lid off till it thickened up and then added some seasonings. He says he can't tell the difference from shop bought.

| Thanks everyone! I went to the store today to buy Hunts sauce, and discovered that the generic brand has no sugar and was 1/3 the price of Hunts! Yippee, I can continue to make my spaghetti meat sauce, and it helps get all my extra veggie carbs in!

| I struggle with this one. I really can't find anything that actually works. Even if you distill tomato juice down - you're still getting a higher carb % in the distillant. There was a no-sugar Ragu that was tolerable, but again it needed super small portions.
