Also lost 7.25 inches collectively from all the places we measured for the 6WEC, in just a week!! Woohoo!! Mostly from my upper area, waist didn't budge, weird how the wt picks and chooses where it will come off! A smidge came off the hips and thigh, which I am delighted about! I am going to keep measuring and weighing weekly!!

I am going to try to buckle down, I really want to get down to my first mini goal of 190. Is is possible to get to it this week? 5 pounds? I can only try!! It is time for some more wt to go.

Hey. Just finished a CLEAN two week induction! Don't want to jinx myself but it seemed easier this time around, maybe because it was my first clean run. I think giving up Diet Coke has made a big difference in reducing cravings and habit eating. It's probably too early to tell, but I think maybe the aspartame was slowing my weight loss down too - I seemed to lose more in induction this time around than I ever have before.

About virus protection: I use Sophos - not sure if it's free or not, I get it free from the university I work at. My daughter is a big Webkinz fan and uses the site all the time. I've never noticed any problems from it, but I do run Spybot Search and Destroy every couple of weeks to get rid of any spyware/adware that might get picked up from all the game sites she visits. Spybot is free - I love it.

Val...now that is a great addiction!!! Wish they sold that in pill form...LOL! YAHHH..another 2 pounds down! And more inches! Pretty soon the inches won't have a choice of where to come off of. WOOT...you are going to be sliding into those scrubs! I really don't think it is the Webkinz site. Pretty reputable company. They do maintence every night. I know because I have been kicked off of it while they do it. My responsibility was to water DD's garden daily...LOL! It is soo funny. Even grows weeds that you have to rake out and if you don't water it in a long while the plants die. It says in your stats you are at your first minigoal already!

2MuchMike...speaking of goals! Congrats on meeting your first one and saying good bye to the 400's FOREVER!! And even more so to making it a totaly clean one. Great job! thanks for the spybot tip. I was going to see if they still had PCcillion around and do a scan.

Hey Val awesome job. 5 pounds in a week you should manage easy enough. I've done it and I am in NO WAY strict. Well when i wanna be and me Mrs is watchin. :0 Elsie it's gotta be them overpriced stuffed animals or youtube, they must ahve watched every bit of High School Musical on the face of this earth. And wait till I see that Zach kid, the money he's costing me.

Elsie, I meant my first mini goal is 190, I posted wrong, but edited. I am being really good today, I am going for 5 pounds lost this week!!!! I guess maybe I will allow DD to try the webkins thingy then, if yall say its ok. But just got DB to nap, time to take an hour long test and fit in some more Taebo if I have time! Otherwise wait for BF to get home so I can take a bike ride. I thought DB would be more entertained by watching myself and his sister work out, but apparently it bypasses his sense of humor! LOL!

BF got a job closer to home, just an hour away, may only last a week or so though. He is in construction, they send him all over. So yay, he got to sleep in till 5 this am!!

Joe, our girls would get along beautifully! High Shcool Musical, (insert 'barf' icon here). LOL about your post having a mind of its own. But not about your vehicle!! now what?? Are you going to finally give in and start walking, I mean exercising?? Just watch the pounds melt away then!!!

NO WAY VAL!! Me Lade had enough juice to pull into a Nissan dealer before she finally died on me. And at a Nissan dealer would you beleive they had 4 Lades for sale. So I test drove them all, me wife wanted to kill me, and drove one of em home last night. I bought me a Caddy at a Nissan dealer. Go figure. Therefore, I am BROKE. Not ready to walk yet, soon though I will. God Bless, Joe
