billbazz sounds like you deserve/need the rest. livelaughlove08 you arent the only one. I knew peanuts were going to be tuff. Like Elsie150 said "dont' eat 'em out of the bag". So far macadamia, walnuts, almonds, have been good to me. Would not EVEN think about cashews. Also congrats on the inches and weight loss. Sounds like your losing and getting rich. Elsie150 were you looking over my shoulder? Thanks for the tip about weighing them out any way. 2MuchMike hi and good luck on the bike. Use to work with a guy bigger than me that rode into work on his bike. He really saw an improvement in his breathing and fitness. Go for it i say!

Hello all, LLL -- congratulations on the weight lost and 7 inches in your waist!!!! I want that! f4n -- I'm a vegetarian but have not reached the nuts rung, and believe me I'm dying!! I miss my peanut butter hahaha! But yes, portions are very difficult because one serving is only a couple of nuts and I'm used to popping 'em like candy lol. Yes, that will be a dangerous phase for me too! Well, I drank a gallon of water today. Just thirsty I guess Tomorrow's weigh in. I'm scared. :{

| Don't be scared Cori! Any movement downward is a step in the right direction. Keep in mind not to compare it to your Dad's loss as you do not have as much to lose. The average weight lost during induction is 10% of the weight you need to lose. If I am reading your ticker right it says you have 44kg to go but I think that should be pounds?? So if you lose 4-5 pounds you will be doing good. Anything above is a bonus. I am excited to see how much closer to your goal you will be! You are among a select few on this buddy list who are so close to your goal. And don't forget you are losing inches too! Waiting with baited (Atkins) breath!!

Just woke up, look forward to a great day. Wanted to say hi to andiepie. Skipped over you in previous replys. Hard to keep up in this thread. Just wanted to say for 20 years i have blamed my pastor for making me fat. We used to go out with them all the time and shovel the food down. Now i know it was my decision and i could have turned this around. Thankful to have found this WOL. coribazz, you will do great. Sounds like you have been doing all the right things. Will check back later to celebrate with you...no pressure.

Just a daily check in. Sundays are my official weigh in days - I'm down 3.5 lbs! Will be facing a real test today. We're going to a big family get-together. It will be the first time since restarting that I won't be in control of what food choices there are. There's suppossed to be some grilling involved, so I'm hoping for hamburger and salad. f4n - just notice your ticker! Did you lose all that since starting in March?! You're an inspiration! Congratulations. Hope everybody has a good day - stay strong!

Hi 2MuchMike, congrats on the 3.5 lbs. that is awsome. You must be feeling thinner Thanks for noticing the ticker i appreciate it. This has been life changing for me. Personally i was just miserable @ 310 lbs. Now that i am working out and eating right(minus the peanuts), every day is good. Have thought about posting my before pics but, i was so miserable it really showed. Enjoy your day.
