| It's nice to see a positive spin. I love that he is doing triathalons on Atkins Maintenance. I have read so much garbage about how you can't run distances without carbs. Nice post.

| Interesting. I was hoping to read that book Trager just come out with "The All New Atkins Advantage" I think read someone saiying he really stresses exercise in it. I have a hold on it at the library but the waiting list is long. Maybe that is a good thing

| Thanks for posting that! I used to work at a gym a while back and all the boxing trainer (who was a multiple golden glove winner who also trained Evander Holyfield) put all his clients on a low carb diet (including me at the time) and boxing is considered to be one of the hardest and most physically demanding sports in the world. So obviously there is something to be said for it.
