I have never heard of freezing them and I know the delis get them fresh. never frozen. My guess is if they did freeze well, stores would already be doing it.

Good point. I'm not buying seafood salad, I'm making it....monkfish, scallops and shrimp. Guess I'll just mix the fish with the seasonings and freeze that and then add the mayo when I eat it! |

That salad would never last long enough to be frozen lol.

LOL. Well, for 23 bucks worth of fish, I want to savor it over several meals. The price of fish is RUDE!! |
