Congrats! Thats amazing that u stayed on plan even w/the fridge being out ...see atkins does work, no matter what kind of situation!

Now that's just simply AMAZING!! I am just starting induction, myself. My week 1 is complete tomorrow. I know exactly what you mean, I already see and feel results, too. I have not gone near the scale, though. In my mind, it will keep me on the CHARGE if I do not know what the scale is saying. You and I will continue on our respective journeys to success! I wish you continued SUCCESS!!

1st week on induction 
I am so amazed. On tuesday of last week I weighed 175lbs. Today I weigh 165 lbs. I just want to thank all of you for getting me this far because last week my refrigerator gave out and my husband and I were eating out all last week. Every morning I would come to the ADBB site for strength. Instead of eating what ever I wanted I made sure to stay with in the 20g carb limit, during the process of getting a new refrigerator. Thanks to all of you ,I am now ten pounds down.
