| Welcome back again! I am on my second time around also. Make sure to reread your copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition). Sometimes we second-timers think we know it all, but there's a lot to be forgotten. Best of Success!

| Welcome and WOW!! You previously lost 70 pounds doing Atkin's and you put it all back on?? I dont wanna sound crude or anything like that , but didnt you realize that most of it was coming back? How long did it take to regain all that weight back after your tremendous loss? Shame going through all that and doing that well, but anyhow best of luck to you this time around. Stay true to yourself and focus on your goal. Evidently you do know what to do,you've done it already once before,so let's get going. God Bless, joe |
