| And measure yourself NOW! Don't go by that number on the scale. Go by the changes in your body. MY goal weight is about 165. That's a lot and I am not that tall. But, I know that with my muscle mass I am going to be skinnier at 165 than I was as a teen at 137. So measure yourself--biceps, chest, waist, hips, thigh, neck. Those are the numbers to be looking at! So glad you took the plunge. I really feel you will see a HUGE change in your body, and then the scale number may not even matter so much. |

| Measurements!!!!! Yeah I should do that. The scale is driving me bonkers always going up and down. I hate it so much.

| Good for you ![]() Another way to keep track of inches lost or rearranging themselves is to find a really tight outfit and photo yourself in it so you have a comparison to check against once it starts to get loose on your body.
