Diet Soda and Sugar Addiction | I am into the Atkins diet 6 weeks. I'm still doing the induction phase because I've not lost any weight. I'm trying to lose less than 20 pounds which is probably the stalled weight loss but I have lost a 1/2 inch of fat off of my legs. My sticks are turning dark purple. I seem to be sensitive to Diet Rite, Cheese, Heavy Cream, and Splenda. And alas, I'm addicted to soda and sugar. I know that if I could cut these things out completely I would lose a few pounds. Does anyone have any ideas for replacement food for these items. Also, my carb intake is 10-15 per day | | |
