| I lost 187 pounds in 15 months, but as you said everyone is different. I am not sure any results could be considered typical. To some extent it depends on a bunch of individual things like metabolic resistance. I can however assure you if you do the diet as prescribed, you will be healthier after one year than you are today.

| I was thinking from men in my life's experience about 1-1.5 year .......... it so depends on your metabolism, your level of commitment and how much exercise you do! So hard to say!
