back after 4 years

Hi there
Just wanted to say hi. i have been a lurker for many years and enjoy this site. 4 years ago I lost 52 lbs and kept it off for over a year. I fell into my old habits with food and gained it all back plus more. I am back and more determined than ever to get the weight off. I started on sat and have lost 6 lbs so far so I am happy with that. I feel so much better already. sugar is my enemy. any help with posting a ticker would be appreciated.

welcome back ! congrats on the 6 pounds off... i had an aha moment when someone posted she thinks of it not as sugar as the enemy but like she has an alergy... i am alergic to sugar ! body cant have it ! dont want it ! (hope that helps) either way you are doing great and keep up the good work.... come here often, read everything you can, ask questions, you will find amazing support... it really helps
