| I had those kind of dreams early on and woke up each time in a panic. Haven't had too many lately although I look forward to another so I can enjoy a bowl of ice cream and a slice of pizza without falling out of ketosis in the AM!

| It happened to me for the first month or so. The dreams were so real, I got up on more than one occasion and checked the fridge, counters, sink and the trash cans to see if I could find proof of a midnight raid. I even awoke with the taste still in my mouth and I felt like I could still smell the food. It was pretty awful, but eventually went away. Sunny!

| Wow - have not had dreams like this. Just an idea - Try thinking of on-plan foods before you go to bed - it might help over ride the un-wanted subconscious thoughts that want to pop up.

| LOL, glad to hear I'm not the only one. Isn't it uncanny how real the dreams feel? And Sunny, I have done the same thing, all groggy in the morning looking around for any evidence of it being real! I'm with Eric though, glad it doesn't knock me out of ketosis......unless of course it's what Fairygreen said and it does cause a spike in insulin? I'm gonna have to do some research on that.... |

| Sometimes i will get those dreams while awake! If i was having those dreams at night, would go out and find recipes for pretzels, cupcakes, and burgers that are low carb. Make them and eat them per Atkins as soon as possible. Don't deny your cravings, satisfy them with low carb. But that's just me |
