| Evening all, Today is day 9 of Induction and things are going well still. I have stepped on a scale and saw some change in weight but I want to get myself more results....so tomorrow: The Gym! Yes, during the first week of induction I didn't go to the gym at all because of the weird "flu" feelings that I was having and well, yeah I just wanted to get myself adjusted. So tomorrow morning, along with the kiddos..I will start myself back on a regimen of walking/cycling. I think that another problem I am having is ...the whole idea of "snacking"...I need more suggestions for a snack rather than the Atkins bars. I gave up on those last week and started to think that maybe I should go without eating inbetween meals...and that lead to me feeling worse. Anyone have any quick and easy snacks that I can bring to work or have while I'm with the kids? My new friend is my water bottle...pretty much where ever I go..it does too! | Modem still acting funny so hang in there if you don't hear from me.... Preston...welcome. Won't answer your first questions since Monie already did a great job! What other foods are you eating that you shouldn't be? Robin...Atkins bars are not acceptable during induction. You were right to ditch them. Not so right to not eat inbetween meals if you are hungry. Let's discuss snack on the new thread. Way to go on making it through the 'flu' and for getting the kids on board with the exercise. Going to post a new thread for us this week. See next post.
