| things happen, and the best thing to do is pick yourself up and dust yourself off. just continue on where ever you are in the plan, don't worry about starting over and doing induction from the start. maybe eat at induction level for a couple days, just to help get back into ketosis, but then just continue on whatever phase your were at on the plan.
