| I know how you feel...I just posted about my carb-filled weekend. So I know how crappy it feels to do well for a while and falter. Like you, I've recommitted to Atkins, and have better motivation today because I feel so guilty about the weekend. So far, so good--Today is day 1 of a clean induction for me. I've exercised this morning, eaten induction legal food for breakfast and lunch, and have plans to go to yoga class tonight. Good for you for getting back on track! I wish you all the best!
