| I wouldn't buy any kind of meet that isn't pretty much 100% pure. Filler's will get you everytime. I just bought some pre-done patties at Safeway, but I made sure they said the only ingredient was beef that way I don't have to worry. I know then that when I see the Nutrition Factors telling me that each pattie has 0 Carbs & 0 sugars ect... that it means exactly what it says. That is only my way of thinking of course, and other's may do something entirely different?

| Its strange that there is no ingredient list. Look closely. Maybe it just says BEEF, and thats why its hard to find .. Or look up the brand on the internet and see if you can get some info that way. I but frozen burgers from the grocery store sometime too .. Mine say 100% beef .. |

| If they are anything but 100% beef, they are required to have an ingredient list.....even if they just add water. If there is no ingredient list, you can assume it is pure beef. |
