| It could happen, but it could also not happen. Who knows. There are some weeks I'm down 4 pounds and others I've only lost half of a pound. It depends on a lot of things since I'm a woman. If you do indeed meet that goal by your birthday - rejoice! If not, definitely do not beat yourself up about it. |

| Yippee! I'm halfway to the birthday goal! I'm at 164 this morning. I think I can get a couple more pesky pounds to go away in the next 8 days! Even if I lost 2 more pounds, I'd be thrilled! That would give me 20 lbs gone since May 1. Just wanted to give all you lovely supportive people an update, and wish you a wonderful Tuesday! xo, Michelle

| Crud. I'm driving myself crazy with the weighing every morning...down 2 lbs, up 2.5, down 1, up 1. It's enough to drive you crazy!!! MUST WEEN MYSELF OFF THE SCALES! No weighing until the 30th birthday? That's only 5 days. I think I can do that...Wish me luck!

| Thanks, Diamonds! I was just in the shower devising a plan for the next few days, and I came to the same conclusion. I decided to AT LEAST walk or do my elliptical machine for 45 minutes each morning, and if I can add in something, like Yoga or Water Aerobics after work too, even better. I mean, this is a great plan for life, but especially for the next 5 days. I don't know why it's so important to me to reach this goal by my 30th birthday...
