I feel like an idiot!

I don't know much about computers..so could someone explain to me how to get the ticker and weight goals as part of my signature. I know ya'll don't type that stuff everytime. Thanks in Advance...

Click onto User CP in the upper left corner of this page. Then Click onto Edit Signature. You can put your stats there. For a ticker, you can go to www.tickerfactory.com and put your weightloss ticker in your signature too.
Hope that helps. You're not alone, i'm not computer literate myself. I've learned more about computers here at ADBB than anywhere else.
