Another question for the ladies...

I will be starting on birth control soon and have a few questions. It's the generic brand of ortho tri cyclen (trinessa) not sure if that will help but anywho will this a) make me gain weight without a doubt? or b) make my weight loss slow down or stop even??? I figured someone in here will either be on this or maybe have taken it at one point and could tell me if my worries are needed or not...thx sooo much!

I don't take that brand but I take Yaz which is very low dose and I have not had any side effects nor has it stalled me so although I can't comment on your brand I can say that it is possible to still have success while on the pill. Also, just so you know there is a women's only forum here that you can join in case you would feel more comfortable asking questions like this there. If you PM Laurenfra she can add you to it.

Hi FAT2PHAT, I Have been on the ortho patch and have been doing Atkins Woe for about three weeks. In the three weeks I have lost 15lbs so for me the patch did not disturb my weight loss. HOpe this helps
