| if you are truly hungry and have not gone over your daily limits, go ahead and snack on something. there's no rule that says you can't eat past a certain time of the night. if it's something like a habit thing and you are really not hungry just still want to eat out of habit, try drinking a glass of water, if you are still hungry after that, eat something. |

| I try not to eat after 7 pm. But that is just me I hate going to bed with a full stomach. Usually if I get hungry I drink a glass of water and that usually takes care of it.

| All good points, and also ... what time of day are you exercising? I find exercising right after dinner helps.

| Thanks for all of the help. Looking at the calendar, I'm thinking it's just PMS. I've been eating as much as I normally do and am full at dinner. I've been able to keep to a small, appropriate snack and it's helping.
