| I had a headache and was tired for the first 4-5 days. Now I generally feel very good the first half of the day. During the afternoon I start to feel some mental fatigue. I am currently on Day 10 of Induction.

| I was fatigued the whole time.... I think maybe it is different for everyone. Now even in OWL I am tired beyond.... Is it hot where you are? Cause I find that since it is so friggen hot that I get a good boost of energy when I jump in the beach! I hope it gets better for you |

| Read page 140, Dr. Atkins wrote for some persons the weight loss goes too fast for them to feel okay and they may need to add a few more veggie carbs and maybe nuts and seeds. (Macadamia would be a great choice.) For those persons with the weakness/fatigue, this would not be a cheat, and water in emphasized on this page too!

| Oh the always feeling hot is a sign too, your a 'thermo fat burning furnace on high.' You very likely need to slow it down. And this will sound funny... but think of yourself as a whole package, the mood elevating properties of music might help your energy. I find I am much happier with good music playing!

| Can you tell us what you are eating and drinking? What supplements do you take? Do you exercise? How tall are you? How much are you trying to lose? Many questions I know.
