| There is not a set amount for maintenance because it is a very individual thing for every person. That is the point of OWL and pre-maintenance, to find out how many carbs you can eat and WHAT TYPE OF CARBS YOU CAN EAT to determine what YOUR personal numbers will be. I still eat around 60-65% fat, 30% protein (or less) and 5-10% carbs (only from vegetables and eggs) and I've been in maintenance over a year.

| And, I'll add that I did climb every single rung of OWL. I did not stay in extended induction for a long time, in fact, only 4 weeks of induction level. The rest has been OWL. I found, as I moved to premaintenance that I have a lot of food intolerances and that I've had to cut many foods out in order to mintain. I can eat about 40 net carbs a day but ONLY from vegetables.
