| I think we have all been there. Restaurants can be tricky. It is a learning process for sure. Grace - drink water (was it sugar in the sauce they used?) Keep carb low for the rest of the day and keep going.

| It was the sugar ...... Question: I know drinking alot of water helps with over all health but will it help minimize the sugar intake? |

| No it wont. Just keep you nice and hydrated.

| Shame on you! Just kidding Dont let one mistake bum you out, you're still on induction anyways right? The worst that can happen is it kicks you out of ketosis for a few days, which stinks, but hey- when you get to the end of the 2 weeks induction, check your progress and then decide if you feel you should stick with induction for another week or move on to OWL. And next time - decide where you're going and check the website for nutritional info BEFORE you go out to eat! |
