grrrrr im on my 9th day...and way in to a nice deep purple color katosis...and iv just realised the "sugar Free" bottled water i bought today, which iv been drinking my eight glasses day from , has 4 carbs per 100ml! grr id picked up the wrong one and befor i realised i was on my 7th glass! annoying!!!!!!!!!!!

havnt blown it completely but still aghhhhhhhhhhh!
