| I have once or twice but only by a few lbs and its either one of two reasons, well actually 3. One, is I slipped up and havent been as careful about what I put in my mouth or found a food intolerance, two, because I have been gaining muscle tone, or 3, just natural fluctuations. If you mean like more than 5 lbs or so, then no I personally havent experienced that if Im sticking to the plan.

| Only normal physiological fluctuations, nothing that I would explain as a "weight gain". I can fluctuate + or - 5lbs to 7lbs per day due to natural reasons. |

| Nope, I've never experienced it as long as I stuck with the plan. Of course I have seen daily fluctuations by as much as 3 or 4 lbs, up or down, so I am now on the same kind of weighing schedule as is suggested, and only count it once a week. Possible reasons for a daily increase of a few lbs could be diet related, i.e, too much salt, not enough water to keep flushed, or something like that. Or perhaps moving up a rung in OWL and finding a food (group) that doesn't work for you... as for me, nuts are out. They kill me. So, was this a question because it's happened to you, or just curious?? Rick |
